  • Fee’s must be paid monthly in advance on the 1st of every month.
  • We accept payment through bank transfers, childcare vouchers and tax free childcare.
  • Our fee’s are subject to annual review but may be revised at other times with reasonable notice. If you wish to withdraw your child from the nursery, we require one month’s written notice.

Where there are no additional charges for hours and your child only attends funded hours for their session, there will be a £3.50 per day charge for meals. This charge is optional and if you choose not to pay, you will have to supply all the snacks and meals which your child would consume at nursery. There will be guidelines which parents will be expected to adhere to  following the  Government  revised nutrition guidance to provide healthy, balanced and nutritious meals for all children.

Tax free Childcare

Tax free childcare is a new way for parents to make payments for their childcare. For every 80 pence you pay into your government childcare account the government will top this up with 20pence tax free. This is to the value of £2000. The tax free childcare scheme may replace all childcare voucher companies after April 2018. Between now and then you can choose either vouchers or the tax free scheme.

You must register on the HMRC childcare portal - www.childcarechoices.gov.uk and create a government gateway account. You will be issued with an 11 digit number and you MUST keep this to make payments.

Early Years Funded Entitlement

Early Education Entitlement is funded childcare * for children aged 9 months plus who meet certain criteria. This childcare is funded by the government. Children are entitled to 30 hours term time or 22  hours stretched per week, starting from the term after their birthday. You are able to book additional hours on top of these funded hours if you would like to and depending on availability within the setting.

For more information please visit  www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/

*Additional charges may apply.

When will my funded childcare place start?

Funding usually starts the term after your child’s eligible birthday.  For example:

  • children born in the period 1 January to 31 March: the start of term beginning on or following 1 April after the child’s relevant birthday or date of turning 9 months old
  • children born in the period 1 April to 31 August: the start of term beginning on or following 1 September after the child’s relevant birthday or date of turning 9 months old
  • children born in the period 1 September to 31 December: the start of term beginning on or following 1 January after the child’s relevant birthday or date of turning 9 months old
